Terms and Conditions
Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Atelier Rond Bleu and its customers (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”). They apply to all services
1.Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
By placing an order or using the services of Atelier Rond Bleu, the Customer unreservedly accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These can be accessed at any time on the https://rondbleu.ch/ website and will prevail, where applicable, over any other version or any other contradictory document.
2.Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of all taxes. L’Atelier reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the price applicable will be that in force at the time of ordering. Payment is due with the order, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods are indicated on the site.
3.Refunds and Liability
3.1 Validation of the proof for printing (BAT)
- Once the proof has been validated by the Customer, no refund will be possible after the prints have been printed. The proof constitutes final validation of the files and the project.
3.2 Customer-produced files
- Files produced by the customer and sent to the Atelier in PostScript format or any other non-compliant format explicitly refused in the quotation will not give rise to any reimbursement in the event of a printing error. These limitations are clearly specified in the signed quotation.
3.3 Files produced by the Atelier
- Files produced by us under the “prise en charge” option (from 50 CHF for a one-color print) may give rise to a refund in the event of an error on the part of Atelier Rond Bleu. However, the amount of the refund is limited to 60% of the total amount of the order.
3.4 Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and are not refundable under any circumstances, even in the case of reprints or errors attributable to Atelier Rond Bleu.
- Delivery times depend on the carrier and the destination. L’Atelier cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
3.5 Complaints
L’Atelier undertakes to provide services in accordance with the specifications agreed with the Customer. In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the Customer has 7 days from receipt to make a complaint. After this period, the services will be considered as accepted.
4.Offsets and tolerances in risography
4.1 Offset tolerances in risography
- The risography technique has its own peculiarities, including minor offsets, which are an integral part of this traditional printing process.
- We do not accept claims for offsets of less than 3 mm.
- However, a reprint will be considered if a shift of more than 3 mm is found on more than 80% of the prints delivered. In this case, a new series will be printed at Atelier Rond Bleu’s expense.
5.Online Shop products
5.1 Purchase and shipping conditions
- Products purchased from our online store are carefully packaged and sent via Swiss Post.
5.2 Damaged products
- In the event of receipt of a damaged parcel, it is imperative for the Customer to :
- Take clear photos of the parcel (packaging and product).
- Send these proofs to the Atelier within 48 hours of receipt.
- Once the proof has been received and validated, a new product can be sent. Without visual proof, no refund or return will be accepted.
6.Specific conditions for Workshops
6.1 Replacing a participant
- If a participant is unable to attend a workshop, it is possible to transfer his/her registration to a third party. The customer must then inform the Atelier of the name, surname and contact details (telephone and/or e-mail) of the replacement person at least 24 hours before the event.
6.2 Refund policy and cancellations
- Workshop registrations are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
- For all requests for modification or cancellation, the following fees will apply:
- No charge: If the request is made 10 days before the scheduled date.
- 30% deduction: If the request is made between 7 and 9 days before the event.
- 50% deduction: If the request is made between 5 and 6 days before the event.
- 100% deduction: If the request is made within 3 days of the event.
7.Limitation of liability
L’Atelier Rond Bleu met tout en œuvre pour garantir la qualité des services fournis. Toutefois, la respoAtelier Rond Bleu makes every effort to guarantee the quality of the services provided. However, Atelier Rond Bleu cannot be held liable in the following cases:
- Non-compliance with the technical specifications indicated on the quotation by the Customer.
- Damage or loss during transport by a third party.
- Problems due to errors or omissions in files transmitted by the Customer.
8.Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have sole jurisdiction.
9.Data protection
The personal data collected is used solely for the purposes of the services offered by l’Atelier. It will not be sold or passed on to third parties without the Customer’s consent. In accordance with Swiss data protection legislation, the Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete his/her personal data.
10.Modifications to the GTC
L’Atelier Rond Bleu reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The new provisions will come into force as soon as they are published on the website and will apply to orders placed after that date.
